The EU Action Plan On Human Rights And Democracy 2020–2024 is a framework, one of purpose and direction, with a broad range of policies, tools, and political and financial instruments. This EU Action Plan on Human Rights and Democracy 2020-2024 is the third Action Plan on Human Rights and Democracy adopted by the EU. As with the previous two Action Plans, the objective is to enhance and hone EU efforts to promote human rights and democracy worldwide.
The Constitution of Kenya creates a platform for gender equality and non-discrimination. It also provides a fresh impetus for a national policy to chart a roadmap for the attainment of the constitutional provisions. This policy aims to ensure that TYC provides a safe working environment that is free from sexual harassment, exploitation, and abuse and upholds the rights and dignity of all. TYC is committed to preventing and responding robustly to any form of sexual harassment, exploitation, and abuse in the workplace carried out by any member of the TYC representative.
