The EU Action Plan On Human Rights And Democracy 2020–2024 is a framework, one of purpose and direction, with a broad range of policies, tools, and political and financial instruments. This EU Action Plan on Human Rights and Democracy 2020-2024 is the third Action Plan on Human Rights and Democracy adopted by the EU. As with the previous two Action Plans, the objective is to enhance and hone EU efforts to promote human rights and democracy worldwide.
Unemployment rates for youth are three times higher than for adults in all world regions, and a vast majority of unemployed youth are young women. This publication is the second of two to explore the findings and insights from an online global consultation, held in July 2020, exploring young Africans’ use of digital technologies in different areas in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond. More specifically, this paper discusses the topics of the second day of the consultation, when participants delved into employment in the gig economy, business and tech innovation, and financial inclusion.

This report is generated to expose the issues that were discussed in the webinars and our platforms collectively to inform and empower the youth during the pandemic on learning, misinformation, and mental health. The issues discussed herein were raised by youths and show the possible solutions that could be developed.
