NDC Partnership: Youth Engagement In Climate Action, A Conversation (4 upcoming webinars)
The Youth Cafe has been invited by the NDC Partnership to attend four upcoming hour-long webinars on Youth engagement in Climate Action (and in NDCs) over the coming weeks. UNICEF will be supporting the session taking place next Thursday at 9 am EST, and Hanoch has kindly agreed to represent.
The Youth Cafe is working on a coherent mapping that can help further develop the Great Green Wall, while enhanced support for agroforestry can represent additional incentives for youth to stay in rural areas and engage in activities promoting the sustainable use of natural resources. Agroforestry has proven suitable to mitigate the consequences of climate change and can provide livelihood opportunities for youth in the region.
