The Youth Café is pleased to welcome Nzilani Muema, to the Youth Café Advisory Board of Directors.
Nzilani Muema has extensive interests and experience in Leadership, ICT, Telecommunication, Project Management, and Program Management. She has spent the last 15 years working in various multinational and multicultural organisations on key strategic projects and programs.
She currently works as a program manager at Amani Institute, a global social enterprise, where she collaborates with SMEs, youth, NGOs, business executives, and managers to develop relevant cutting-edge solutions that promote innovation, growth, and sustainability.
She graduated from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology. She later did her Masters in Project Management at the University of Nairobi.
She is passionate about empowering youth through teaching, mentoring, and coaching. She is also actively involved in mentoring and coaching a number of young professionals in various aspects of life such as goal setting, planning and review, decision making, work-life integration, and how to live a life of impact and purpose. She has overseen training for over 600 participants from three continents and 14 African countries.
Nzilani is interested in serving on The Youth Café Advisory Board as she strives to use her wealth of experience and skill set to help the youth create a better world for themselves and the communities they come from by equipping them with practical and pragmatic solutions for impact.
Nzilani is excited about the opportunity to work with brilliant and creative teams at the youth cafe, where she hopes to provide advisory and project implementation skills while collaborating with the programs team and providing leadership development to The Youth Cafe.
